What is green Home Cleaning?


We pamper all our clients with our Ecofriendly House cleaning. There is no extra charge for this, The difference is that your home is cleaned with Natural Cleaning Products of harsh cleaning chemicals.




Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?


Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your home.




What should I expect on my first appointment?


We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.




Do I need to do anything before you arrive?


The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. “It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?


No, but it is important to arrange a meeting to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. We find that an initial meeting will help make both you and your cleaner happy. If you are not going to be home during your house cleaning, you will, however, need to arrange access to your home with your cleaner.




Can I give the cleaner a key?


A majority of our customers (who most often are our regular customers) trust our brand as far as giving our cleaning specialists the door keys and the security alarm codes…
It goes without saying, that we take this very seriously and we guard your security at all times!




Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?


No. We provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your items, please let the office know beforehand.




How do I pay for the service?


We accept payment with cash, check, all major credit cards, bank transfer or other Online Payment Services.




What do you mean by “window of arrival”?


When you schedule housecleaning services with Rock Wall, we’ll give you an arrival timeframe of three to four hours. Because we give homes the individualized attention they deserve, we’re not able to provide an exact time of arrival, but we do our best to ensure that our cleaning plan doesn’t interfere with your schedule.




How can I get a Quote?


Simply visit the Get a Quote flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust and emailed to your email provided.




Am I charged the full quoted amount if it does not take so long to clean?


No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.




When am I charged for the service?


You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Rock Wall Technical Services LLC guarantee all the services given as per the standards of Municipality Department of UAE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is 48 hours before the service. And it should be through an email to info@rockwalltechnical.com

 

You should include the booking and contact details. We don’t allow cancellation after the service start time and the money is not refundable. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10-45 days for the refund transfer to complete.

We don’t allow any modification for confirmed and paid bookings within 48 hours prior to the service. If the booking date and time will occur in less than 48 hours at the time of the request, Rock Wall Technical Services LLC preserves the right to adjust service date depending on the availability. If Rock Wall Technical Services LLC and client did not agree on new date/time within one month from the original booking date, then Rock Wall Technical Services LLC has the right to keep a paid amount.

Refund Policy:

 

In case of cancellation, we will refund the money if the customer cancels before 48 hours. In case of a complaint, there will not be any refund but we can provide a re-cleaning. If you’re not happy with our service for any reason, inform our office by email. A manager will promptly review your complaint issues. He will do everything possible to ensure it is fully resolved, including the possibility of a full refund or free re-cleaning.
